A girl came out the drive thru door to charge me for my food and returned with my receipt, she should have come out with my drink! I was a quarter mile away when I realized I didn't get it!
First of all this location is BAD, the location on south 6th makes better icecream and food than the location on Valencia. I ordered a banana split which is not hard to make but obviously the girls working there didn't know how to make one because my banana split was melting, messy, and the lid came off. I ordered food through Uber eats & the food was really cold, the food was soo sloppy, I ordered an extra ranch for my 20pc jalapeño poppers & I didn’t even recieve one. And the bag didn’t have its sticker showing that the bag is closed coming from the store.
