This is a chain, but every location has its own flair. I ate here with some friends when visiting and the burgers and tots were great as usual. Our server was personable and funny.
Apparently, HAMBURGER MARY'S has surprised a lot of people, including myself, and became a success very early. They do have fun drag shows, all the straight girls like that, they're the primary customers at show-time! The drinks are good, the food is good, the service is good! LOVE Hamburger Mary's – This is a really fun restaurant. The staff is super friendly without being 'fake polite', the food is great and they serve very generous portions- like 1/2 pound burgers-a great value for a sit down restaurant! It's kitschy, campy, fun. I don't understand the negative reviews. This place is eco-friendly, has a very diverse staff and they are very active in community fundraisers. I do not see the appeal of this establishment. – I do not agree with those who enjoy this place. I had horrible experience there. The waitress took my order as the same time as my buddy and served us 20 minutes apart. The staff was not enjoyable to be around and I hate to admit that I got sick on the meatloaf aka mystery meat. I would not recommend this place to anyone and have avoid this place for the last 4 years - like the plague.
Really Enjoy The Food!! – I enjoy their food here. Lots of mouth watering flavor and I like the super fast way they get the food out to you, without feeling hurried. More accurately, I think I should say that the food comes out in successions, at the perfect timing.
meatless meaty – I now live on the East Coast and crave Mary's Meatless Meaty I first encountered in the 80s on Folsom St in SF. I can't find anything like it. Please... I'd looooove the recipe.
Love this Place! – Think the negative views of this place are very off base. I've been here tons of times and have always had a blast. The food has always been great. The service is west hollywood (attitude+sugar/spice mixed in). They always have great happy hour specials and they don't skim on there pours. This is not the place to bring a first date this is a place to bring out of town guest that want to visit west hollywood & have a fantastic night.
Fun Place for Drinks and Bingo – This place is great if you’re looking for a weekend bite to eat and some mimosas. They have a very large burger menu along with other types of food such as pizza and sandwiches. They have a very large and fun drink menu and usually have some specials going. They usually have something going on during the week like bingo or karaoke. Fun place to hang with your friends, not good for a date. Oh yeah, check out the bathroom, pretty entertaining.
Burgers and Drag – I was visiting a friend in Orlando and we wanted to go to the "Dessert Lady", but she was closed on Sunday (L A M E), so starving I saw "Burger Mary's" and was all....BURGERS ARE GOOD. So we stopped in. And boy was I glad because the queens who run this joint love their meat - just like me.
