There are signs posted that say "NO DOGS ALLOWED ON PREMISES", yet people continually let their dogs roam free across the sand of the beach, letting them deficate on the sand without picking it up and just kicking sand over it to cover it up. I have called the Hamburg Town Police several times about incidents like these and they just don't care! There is a leash law in NY state and still these town cops don't care!
