Well if I were to rate this service I would give customer service rating is 2/5 Dispatchers - 2/5 On-time Standard pick up - 0/5 Priority Pickup Usually it’s $5/$6 more - 0/5 Drivers -5/5 Friendly -5/5 So far they never ontime no matter what time you request even they were late over hour on Scheduled trip as well. Can they be better 100% they can and they need to be. I’ve never ever seen cabs scheduled services is this late and they don’t care plus would give u attitude as well as they Should.
