Exceptional care is always given, on every one of my visits, with Dr. Zuccala. He is always thorough, takes the time to explain things, and always ask and addresses any concerns I may have. He has saved my life several times, with emergency surgeries I have needed and the birth of my child. The office staff is dedicated and cares about their patients. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Would definitely not recommend this place and ESPECIALLY not Donna Voght. They're not proffesional and not understanding at all. They recommended that I had come in for a colposcopy with a male Dr that I was not comfortable with and I had asked for a 2nd PAP to make sure I had to go ahead with a colposcopy which they refused as well. I then proceeded to make an appointment with my primary care Dr and request a PAP by her to make sure I needed to go forward with a colposcopy. I'm not one to write reviews but if this can at least make one person reconsider going to this practice it would be worth it. I have been a patient here for the past few years and was never the biggest fan. My doctor, Amy, was nice but put no care into our appointment. It felt like all of her responses were very generic and not personalized. The real horror of this place though is the receptionist. There was not a time I spoke to her where she was not overly rude. I’ve been going to Hamburg Ob/Gyn for my entire adult life (40+ yrs). Any time I’ve had a problem it was handled throughly and professionally. I usually see Dr. Zuccala but occasionally I see Amy. I am very comfortable with both of them.
