Switched me from one doctor to another male doctor. when I asked to switch to a female doctor they told me to find another practice. We had been going for years.

I have a appointment when I call they cancel my appointment and tell me to see a another Dr, they will not take me anymore. Thty have a bad office policy. I call the office before my 72 hour to confirm my appointment but no one answered or at lunch time.

Went for my annual check up during which I brought up pain I was having in my shoulder. I was charged separately for that. When I called I was told I was charged separately because the nature of my complaint fell outside the scope of an annual physical Essentially I was charged for 2 separate doctors visits all in one day Sooooo.. the point of the doctor asking "how have you been doing" It's to charge you over and above what your insurance will pay for the yearly check up.

This office used to be great, they had kind and reasonable staff, but it’s gone downhill so much over the years. Everything is a fee now, even just to have a form signed for work,SSI, anything they charge $20. Receptionists are rude and cold, not at all understanding or sympathetic to anyone’s illnesses or issues. That’s not the type of atmosphere a Dr office should feel like, and it’s not one I will continue to go to. If they’re not getting paid for something they do not seem to care about it.
