I WISH there were ZERO stars!!! I have been going to this office for 30+ yrs. The office staff was ridiculous rude for several yrs but I stayed, for the convenience of location. They got better. Other issues here and there, I stayed. Even after the doctor wanted to do a yearly PHYSICAL over a zoom meeting!! What?? So you don't have to CHECK me to do a physical?? That's just nuts!!! We've been patients for many years. Never had a bad experience at this office. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Dr. INCE-MERCER is very pleasant, thorough and patient. Phone and email response is prompt and helpful.
i was a loyal patient for 10+ years. i started a new job with general physicians and i wanted to reschedule my annual with my primary at the hamburg office. alicia harassed and called my phone and left voicemails during business hours for 3 months and then when they couldn’t reach me alicia got managerial approval and they discharged me as a patient. per general physicians policy they’re supposed to try to call patients 3 times and then send a letter to home stating they couldn’t reach the patient and for the patient to call... read more
I’m an existing patient of the General Physician PC practice. I’ve been going to the Williamsville office. I recently moved to Eden so I called the Hamburg location to transfer and schedule an annual appointment. I was told the Hamburg office of General Physician PC does not accept anyone who is a patient of any other General Physician PC location.
