Great location with awesome views of the sunrise and sunsets. Also, Hamblin Heights is surrounded by a bunch of resourceful businesses! West Elementary school, St.James hospital, Safeway grocery store, Town Pump, Shenanigans Casino, McDonald's, and CHC pharmacy are a few of the many businesses - all located within this general area. It's a quiet and chill neighborhood. Plus it's on the edge of town and there isn't much traffic to deal with either so that's nice!
Major good place to live neighborhood is amazing and the area perfect for any parent racing there kids.
