Worst customer service I have ever received. Not only did I have to wait to be served until their personal conversation was done between staff but then the man who worked there accused me of bringing him a "cheap fake" so I went back to the store I got it from rightfully concerned we've been ripped off. Apparently this guy's eyes aren't good enough to see the marker on the diamond there are better jewelrystores in the mall.
Very friendly, helpful and affordable repairs. I brought in locket contai ing ashes of my deceased son to be repaired, when told it would have to be sent out and would take around 2 weeks l was heartbroken, because of mobility issues I was unable to return for pickup. The jeweller then offered to deliver, I could not believe such kindness and true to his word he delivered my precious locket on his lunch time. Thank You Hamayi! They are my go to jewelers for now on.
