This review is strictly for the support and efforts I received from Tammy Harrington, the Medicaid Specialist at Hamaspik Choice. She was relentless in her availability and diligent in ensuring that my family member’s services were not interrupted. Thank you for your time and patience.
I had a great experience with Hamaspik. Tammy was very informative and helped me to get my uncle’s Medicaid situation taken care of expeditiously. She responded to my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Shelly also fought hard to try to get my uncle approved for additional hours of care. She was great with calling and keeping in contact regarding the status of whether he was approved or not.
Carl in Member Services provides fantastic service and goes above and beyond. I really appreciate him taking the extra time to help me!

Navigating the world of health care let alone assistance for an elderly parent is a labyrinth that mere mortals could not possibly be expected to understand. The staff at Hamaspik knows the path. They are the most capable people I have met as I have set out to help my mother in law receive the care she needs. These ladies never say never.
