Do not pay online! The car pickup and return went smoothly, but even after 2 months they still haven't refunded the deposit! They do not respond to complaint emails!
Be careful! They charged a $300 deposit for just one day of car rental! They haven’t refunded it for months! They only make empty promises!
I strongly advise against renting from this company online or making any advance payments. In my experience, the deposit was not refunded, and all attempts to contact them via email were ignored. Unfortunately, this raises serious concerns about their reliability.
I have rented a car from them (online reservation and payment) and they have not returned my deposit! Unable to reach them over the phone or via email! DO NOT RENT from here or your deposit will be gone!
Honestly one of the easiest most fastest processes I've been through, very respectful staff and understanding when it came to my unfortunate late return of the vehicle. There was no hassle getting my deposit back nor any concern of pricing. It was definitely worth the amount paid for the days and I definitely will be renting from them again soon.
