So I used this company before with a small issue of getting my deposit back but it was eventually sent after days of reaching out. They offered me a discount if I left a good review. Sure! We just recently used them and OMG horrible experience. They sent half our deposit back and accused us of smoking and we are non smokers so that was odd. Secondly they said they found “baggies in the car with a white substance” which was highly offensive as a professional. Do not pay online! The car pickup and return went smoothly, but even after 2 months they still haven't refunded the deposit! They do not respond to complaint emails!
Be careful! They charged a $300 deposit for just one day of car rental! They haven’t refunded it for months! They only make empty promises!
