We have received nothing but very poor service from the front office staff at the Kohala office. Setting up an appointment with a doctor is painfully difficult because they never answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. The nursing staff haven't been much help either. I've left numerous messages requesting for a blood panel prior to my annual exam without a call back. It's like they can't be bothered. It makes me sad that our community does not have access to decent health care. Very disappointing!
