What a unique gem!! From the incredible staff and Michelin-star worthy chef, to the rooms and lush landscaping, to the amenities like sauna / cold plunge, hot tub and saltwater infinity pool, private rainforest trail to a secret beach... I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the Hilo area now. The service was personal, and professional. Arrived during a storm and greeted with an umbrella at our vehichle and someone to take our luggage. The room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean from the lanai. Chef Joseph prepared a scrumptious 7 coarse meal that went from savory to sweet in perfect balance. Ammenities we enjoyed; walk down the tropical forest trail to the secluded beach, and a soothing massage at the spa. Hidden away north of Hilo 30 minutes is this marvelous B&B on the edge of a cliff overlooking the ocean. Originally a home, it now has 6 bedrooms to offer. We had #3 and had the best view I think. Morning breakfasts were wonderfully prepared by the chef who was very attentive and personable. Our room were immaculate and the beds comfortable. I wasn't able to stay here but the way they handled my cancellation was pure class. We will definitely be booking next year for a couple weeks.
