Service and care is exceptional! Staff and crew are helpful and friendly. Thats why I'm still there.
Dr. Murray is awesome and over-worked. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and transparent and also acknowledges that the system is broken. I want to be in Hawaii and need health care, but a system where it takes three weeks for an appointment to get a needed B12 injection is just not a functional system. How do we fix this? I personally think we need to integrate eastern and Western medicine and increase the number of practitioners we have in the state.
The entire staff dose an exceptional job with assistance in getting you the best care possible. Thank you for always caring Hamakua Health Center.
