Safety check… service, friendly fast In-N-Out
Got safety check there. Quick and painless. You get an actual appointment where they do the inspection not "drop it off and we'll get to it sometime today". Friendly local place.
Went in and had my car inspected and waited for an estimate, never got a call so I called them back about a month later and they said they'll get back to me but they never did. Looking for a different auto body shop now.
I was really happy with the job they did. 1 year later the paint has soaked into the substrate. Now it's been 2 years. I was told by another painter they did not use a sealer over the primer before they painted it. that causes the paint to seep into the primer and cause damage. plus the clear coat is beginning to become oxidized. after two years, and the fact I wax this vehicles hood every 30 to 60 days... super bummed.
