Ham Radio Outlet, Burbank If this rating system would allow ZERO stars, that would be the rating for this paticular place. I had puchased 4 radios, 5 antennas over 1.5 years from HRO. Although my purchases were worthy of repeated business (only because of the Yaesu products), the arrogance and condensending attitude of MOST sales men at this branch is habitual and dehumanizing. Everything for the HAM HRO as they are referred to by us HAMS has everything that you could ever want for your needs in the way of Ham Radio Eqipment, aentennas, books, equipment, everything... You can get superior service there because the people that work there are all HAMS and know what they are talking about.... They have stores all over the place... If you need to renew your license which you do every 10 years, they have the forms there.... I highly recommended them for their expertise and inventory...
