Although my purchases were worthy of repeated business (only because of the Yaesu products), the arrogance and condensending attitude of MOST sales men at this branch is habitual and dehumanizing. Everything for the HAM HRO as they are referred to by us HAMS has everything that you could ever want for your needs in the way of Ham Radio Eqipment, aentennas, books, equipment, everything... You can get superior service there because the people that work there are all HAMS and know what they are talking about.... They have stores all over the place... Had what I needed in stock MFJ-915 Isolator. Now, now no RF back to the shack. Call first, see if they have in stock what you need, then go down and buy. Seems like common sense these days.
Another customer that was sent to wrong item. Ordered a 6M HO Loop and was sent a 2M HO Loop.
