Called HRO on 3/16/2023@ 12:56 talked to David to order 10,15,20,40,75 Fullsize Shark hamsticks he asked me 2 times minis or full size told him twice full size not Mini well they come in as mini and I did not catch this mistake and you have to cut the packaging all to heck to get them out. Figured out they were wrong abought two weeks later. Called them to return and they told me it would be 15% restocking fee and I would have to pay shipping back to them $21.95.
