Spent over 7K with them last year. When I was trying to decide which radio, the "big" guy there told me that they were not there to help figure out how the radio worked. The only only real beef I had was that I purchased the FT3000 from them. 4 days later, the company dropped the price $300. I asked if I could get the price difference back. The "big" guy ther said that they could do nothing about it. Was unable to contact manager.
