We dealt with Michelle, took her 3 weeks to even call us. We asked her to send credit app and price list, never got a price list. Called Toby to complain, then she calls back and she can’t even remember who we are, I reminded her about how long she took originally to contact us after our info was given to her. I also told her she was supposed to send us a price list about a month ago and that she was unprofessional.
