It is a Sunday and we broke down while on a camping trip to SD. We called Halvorsen's and he said if we could get our truck to him he would help. We limped there and he stayed past closing time to help get us back on the road. A very nice hero!
Broke down while on vacation with my family. Halvorsen's was the only place available on Sunday. He waited till we could limp the truck in and had us taken care of within a few hours. Talk about a trip saver. Hats off fellas.
I had a breakdown outside of Rapid and called. Directed to their shop and after some advice on my coolant leak, followed the instructions and repaired the leak myself. No charge. Who does that these days? Honesty and free help? They could of soaked me for hundreds of dollars but instead treated me like family. Super nice people!
If you from out of town and broke down, don't bother calling anyone else. This is where you want to go.
