Attended a funeral for a WWII vet this week, and was surprised by the lack of care and effort put forth by this group. The service was disjointed and disorganized. I was most saddened to hear TAPS played on a cheap recording. I would not recommend to anyone.
Very Caring During Difficult Time – Pat and Peter Halvey did an outstanding job for our fathers funeral. They were very kind and caring during this very difficult time for our family. We would recommend them highly to everyone.
I recently attended the Funeral Mass for John Ballo at St. Joachim's, beautifully done by you. I formerly lived in Beacon many years and knew John for years, keeping in touch with friends in Beacon still. (now in Poughkeepsie for 20 yrs).
Unfriendly and Uncaring – I have lived my life visiting family in Beacon, NY. It's a small town and everyone seems to know everyone. You would expect this to lend itself to the supportive environment in a funeral home, but the experience we had was quite the opposite.
