Extremely helpful in working with the City of Charleston to reclaim property that had been declared virtually worthless by the OCRM (Ocean & Coastal Resource Management} due to a new survey. Then he continued with very diligent work on the property to resolve issues with the HOA. He went to great lengths representing us.
