want to give a five-star review to the entire team at Halton Hills Dentistry. Last time, I mentioned Nareen, Rubab, and Maryam, and I’m sorry I may have forgotten a few names — because the entire crew is so humble and cooperative. Today I want to recognize everyone. The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming to a new patient, and Dr. Junaid Ahmed along with his whole team were professional, supportive, and made the experience very comfortable. Thank you all.
If I couple give lower than a 1-star, I would. I have been seen here for about 4 years and have never experienced quality care or good service. While the front desk staff are friendly during your visit, the team of hygienists and dentists just simply do not care and lack basic customer service skills and professional. The last couple of times I’ve visited, the dentist spent maybe about 2 minutes in the appointment and when asked if I had any concerns and I answered (that I did), he advised he “didn’t have time for that” and ... read more
Rip-off experience. I had booked an appointment for my son’s routine dental cleaning. Final Bill: $500 (with about $100 as my co-pay). The overall cost was never discussed beforehand. This visit was supposed to be a simple check-up and cleaning, but during the appointment they performed multiple X-rays and took pictures — without explaining the purpose of each.
