Awful experience. The tapering plan they gave I could have copied and pasted from the Ashton manual myself. Didnt listen to any of my concerns of the plan. I followed the first part of the plan to start, everything was ok, I then ended up hospitalized bc of the substitute medication they recommended. Which is by no means anyones fault. Never could predict that. extremally poor service
Motivation is key and so is communication, clinicians control your motivation. They will change things on the fly.then It's up to you to sink or swim. If you have enough motivation to quit then you will continue or your way, maybe even succeed ,but if you don't it gets really hard. Then relapse becomes very real again. Don't expect any motivation speeches from them ,do it for yourself
They are very good for the most part I won't name names but there's one girl that works there that is very caring and doesn't make you feel like a loser for being there but some are little grumpy as they deal with you but it's to be expected I guess. But all in all the program works well the carrier system is a little bogus but what can you do I guess improvements can be made over time
