I have been coming to this clinic for about three years. I am usually very respectful, but today I was rude and I feel really bad about it. Very slow, this new system is even worse. They fax the wrong perc. Then it's a 3 hour journey just to get ahold of them again to fix a simple mistake. My script is the same every week, how is it so easy to mess up?
Very disappointed with how long it takes to get connected on my appointment. Some weeks I’m waiting over an hour and I have a full time job. It makes it very hard!
Awful experience. The tapering plan they gave I could have copied and pasted from the Ashton manual myself. Didnt listen to any of my concerns of the plan. I followed the first part of the plan to start, everything was ok, I then ended up hospitalized bc of the substitute medication they recommended. Which is by no means anyones fault. Never could predict that.
