Absolutely horrible communication and commitment. Won't even return calls after reminders every day. Be respectful of customers time or you won't have customers to serve. Arrogance will be their downfall.

I had my pool water tested by Pioneer Pools and received a good grade. Due to significant rain a week later I added what I thought was needed and had it tested here. I was told my salt level was low and to add 80kgs of salt. All I will say is google the required ppm of salt and compare it to my reading and their suggestion. Excess salt leads to corrosion is a fact.
