DISCRIMINATION.I got full health coverage and they work with ohip.But the manager told me very rudely "we dont accept refugees" when governement is the one directing me there. I have spoken with interim federal health and they comfirmed I must have free check in there. The virtual clinic has extremely long wait times, and despite repeated messages about ongoing improvements, nothing has changed in years. Staff continue to operate in a rigid, inflexible manner that does not prioritize client needs. This service is far from client-centered. If I had any other options, I would not continue with this clinic.
