My wife and I attended the clinic on the morning of Feb 28 2026. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We were seen by Dr Jamal. Great personality. We couldn't have asked for a better Dr.
Making your patient pay a yearly fee for prescriptions and other thing is crazy and is totally taking advantage of your patients with this money grab, shame on your Dr. Ferguson:( You should be nicer to your patient BTW, not impressed. DONT GO TO SEE HER, all she see's is dollar signs.
Came here because it was closest “walk in” to my house with my daughter who I suspected had a throat infection. Was made to wait for 15 minutes even though there was no one else there. Then when I got to reception she was so rude and told me the walk in is only for patients who’s family doctor work there. This might be something you could write on google description or stop calling yourself a walk in clinic. A walk in clinic is different than a practice that has an after hours doctor on call. Always polite. Doctor and nurses are all amazing and supportive. They do get busy but I can always contact someone.
I just pulled myself from this clinic as dr Javed is rude and dismissive. Also got a lecture that she would have to foot the bill for me going to a walk in clinic when I didn’t want to wait 3 weeks to see her. I also had to go to a walk in clinic when she refused to help me get breast cancer screening after my mom was diagnosed with bone cancer from her breast cancer which she passed away from 8 weeks later.
