Receptionist has zero decorum. Very dismissive doesn’t even give you an opportunity to speak. Very disappointing.
Not a walk in clinic after 6pm and on weekends. Turned me away when I had bursting stomach pains.
Ridiculous trying to see Dr Chu or even get a phone call. Phone staff are a joke. 47 min 1st call... 25 min on hold second call to be told no Always recommended to go to the website. Thank God we have wonderful walk in clinics.
Doctor Razvi is amazing, and he is very understanding and patient with me... he listens and actually cares and he is the only reason I haven't saught out a local doctor since I have moved pretty far away but the wait times and lack of friendliness with the staff are a huge negative for me.
