Melissa is great! She is very accommodating and listens patiently to concerns. Very professional and skilled at the same time.
Melissa is an amazing audiologist. She convinced my very reluctant father, whom has significant hearing loss, that he would benefit greatly from hearing aids. He now regrets not getting hearing aids sooner! He is now a part of family conversations and dosen't need to rely on reading lips. He also no longer avoids public settings as he feels more confident. His hearing aids were a game changer for our family!
I have been to the Halton Hearing Centre numerous times to have custom ear plugs made. Melissa is always extremely friendly and professional. She also takes great pride in customer satisfaction. She has also taken great care of my grandfather with his hearing loss. She is extremely caring and patient with him, and always ensures that he is comfortable and receiving the best care possible. I would strongly recommend her services.
