Did not show for a confirmed (via website and email) reservation. Left me waiting for half an hour, not responding to my calls or emails and nearly missed my flight. I had high hopes given how current the website was and how well the reservation system worked, but at the end of the day, no one showed up or picked up the phone. Don’t use this company it’s a scam !!!
After a long and somewhat stressful day of travel, we landed and I already had a text from my driver. Our bags took over an 1.5 hours to arrive at the carrousel. I texted the driver a number of times to apologize for the delay. Each time he replied not to worry and just let him know when we were on our way out. The vehicle was clean, he had bottled water for us, and the driver was very professional. I would highly recommend Halton airport limo to anyone.
Excellent, quick, reliable service. Love not having to wait in line for a taxi at the airport. Highly recommended!
