Great place to buy an RV. I was a little nervous buying site unseen from Minnesota and driving 27 hours to go get it. I worked with Tom and he reassured me that the unit was perfect and they would go through every feature to ensure proper working condition. Tom is a man of his word. The unit was impeccable. Sales, service, finance, and even the owner were a pleasure to work with. Even at 27 hours away, I will be buying every RV from them. Thanks again and great job.
We had a very good experience and lucked out and found a used camp trailer that will suit our needs for years to come. Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable about our purchase and financing is available on site. Can't wait to start using our new (oops, used) RV. Thank you all.
These people really do a great job. Jaqueline in scheduling went way above her duties to help us out, and worked with the service tech that greeted me in the office to confirm the work to be done. He also talked about all of the service points to be checked as well. Upon pick up of the trailer, the tech and Jaqueline went over the trailer showing me all they did and even performed a warranty repair I didnt know about. Disappointed in the stock these folks had to offer for a Motorhome, but if your looking for a travel trailer I would guess this is the place. Altho I would caution a person if you don't mind being ignored an you know what your looking for then go for it. How hard is it for people to simply SMILE an ask How are you? Geeze it's like we had mud on our faces. It would be nice to find a Motorhome Dealer who actually would like to talk to a potential customer. Just my 2 cents. 👎✌😎
Larry a wealth of knowledge and sooooo understanding of our rv situation! Seriously, what a great guy. Whenever we are in this area and need anything for our RV we will be going here after their tremendous help. Skip camping world, they are way better here!
