This review for Service Department only. On December 6, 2023 I brought my vehicle in for a prepaid oil change and tire rotation plus a warranty request to check fuel filler door which had jammed on my wife when she was getting gas. After ten minutes she was able to open. I purposely made an appointment for 7:00 am in order for the work to be completed in a reasonable period of time. I was told it should take 1.5 hours.
