I met Dr.Halterman when I had problems swallowing. I ended up having to see him several more times and I am not a doctor person so, I was very nervous and worried He explained everything to me and I felt so much better, he has a wonderful and caring bedside manner and I felt privileged to have been his patient and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or to go back to him again!
Dr. Halterman's consultation, procedure, review of results and bedside manner were thoroughly professional and highly satisfactory. After moving to Reno, I was greatly relieved to find a doctor of his level of competence and knowledge.

Yes indeed. Very fine doctor. Friendly, Listens, explains, follow up on visits and tests. Full confidence. He has been my doctor for many years. I have been associated with him and his group of doctors for over 30 years.
Dr Halterman was instrumental in enrolling me in a study for Harvoni medication to treat Hepatitis C. Due to the high costs associated with the medication my insurance wouldn't cover the treatment. Due to his involvement. I was subsequently cured of Hepatitis C. He sees a large number of patients so getting detailed explanations are limited. I found that having my questions written down in advance a big help.
