Honesty goes a long way. Especially in today's service industry, where sell sell sell is the daily scope of business. Halt auto has been honest, prompt, and made repairs at better than OEM dealership costs, and not sold me on stuff that while may need to be addressed, isn't keeping my car from safely getting me from point a to point b. Thank you Halt Auto for being a hold out in the industry
Honestly, I’ve been going to HALT for a couple years and was mostly happy until now. But this last experience really changed how I feel about them. I brought my car in with some issues, and they told me I needed a new timing belt and spark plugs. I went ahead with the $1,500 repair. Right after that, the check engine light comes on — not just once, but four or five different codes pop up.
