Going on 6 years since my dad passed away. Took 3 years for a response and cannot get a response phone call email. Due to staff etc. complete negligence and obviously incompetence. . 5 stars with 5 reviews? I did research before contacting them and obviously I was oblivious and delirious when doing so. Contract misleading and not direct. And honestly disgusting. We were lied to.
