Halsted Flats is fabulous! The apartment and building are beautiful and well maintained. The best part of living here is really the amazing staff! Everyone in the office takes time to know the residents. The maintenance and security folks are also top notch! So happy here!
I currently live at Halsted Flats, and I’ve genuinely loved my experience here. The building is always clean, organized, and well-maintained, which makes it feel welcoming every time I come home. The leasing office is warm, helpful, and easy to work with, and the front door staff are consistently kind, pleasant, and attentive. It’s also a very pet-friendly community, which has been a huge plus. They host fun events for residents that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel part of a community.
