I've lived in the Halted Flats for two years and there has been a major issue that upper management is not resolving which prospective tenants should be made aware of since it will not be mentioned beforehand. Dome and Lindsey (assistant and consultant) who work in the office are great. They make the move in/out/transfer process and any minor concerns easy. Halsted Flats was, without question, my favorite apartment community in Chicago. The management team, led by RMK, consistently went above and beyond to create an exceptional living experience that truly felt like home. My partner and I moved into Halsted Flats last July, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Dome and Lindsey have been fantastic from day one, always responsive, and willing to help with anything we've needed. The property is well-maintained, the common areas are always clean, and the pool is a huge plus during the summer. We highly recommend Halsted Flats!
