I have a 2002 Honda and I needed one window repaired and one window replaced. the quoted prices on the phone did not change. they serviced my car right away and the whole process took about 1 hr and 45 minutes. they were wonderful! they also vacuumed all the glass from my shattered window, which was a lot.
