Doing warranty work on my LG TV and it’s going very smooth. His operation and contact with LG works very well. If I have a question he is usually there to answer and have a chat. As a fellow business owner, I recommend his Services. I read the other review here and it’s common for a person to charge a look over/diagnostic fee, and one has to dig into the TV a bit before determining if it’s a “Walmart/low price” tv. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! He "threw" our TV away "accidentally" and did not replace it or refund us. The owner kept giving us the runaround after we took our TV to him to be repaird. After not hearing from him, we kept calling him multiple times over the course of 8 months. He kept saying that he was having trouble ordering parts, couldn't find parts, etc. Finally, after us calling enough, he says that he just threw the TV in the garbage WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW.
