don't live here, the people there are toxic
I am a current resident here. I cannot recommend you stay away enough. There’s constant noise from neighbors (the walls and floors might as well be made from cardboard), multiple trash trucks per day, and the management is not the least bit concerned about addressing any issues you may have. Handicap accessibility is terrible and they even shut down the elevator on one side of the building for people to move in for hours at a time, leaving people on walkers, crutches, and other handicap devices unable to reach their apartmen... read more
We have lived in Halstead I for over two years and are constantly impressed with the manager, maintenance, and office staff. They work hard to keep the building in great order and financially sound. We are lucky to have such dedicated employees in our home.
