Got my eyebrows and lashes tinted , with a full Brazilian. Brida was so efficient , and the waxing was nearly painless. I left with an exfoliant to prevent ingrown hairs , and a care card - as this was my first time getting a full Brazilian. So helpful. Definitely coming back!

I was going to be late for my 1 hour apportionment, but rather than taking me in and do what she can in the time that’s left (not asking to complete everything I booked for) she rather charged me fully and not have to do any work. This was the first time I was late (being a regular customer not a first time customer), and it was due to something I didn’t have control over, but she had no compassion. I have gone here on and off for just over a year! 10/10 experience. Being new to waxing and hair removal in general Brita was a great person to start with. The atmosphere was comfortable, treatment professional and Brita was a great source of understanding about the whole process. I will continue referring and going here for as long as I can afford it
