This place is atrocious, after informing them my grandmothers nebulizer stopped working they just said; "you didn't get it from here", after explaining to them that the number is on the nebulizer itself with a big Halprin Inc. logo they just started a conversation about how they've been bought out...15 mins later trying to steer them into the right direction of "My grandmother is late stage COPD, I could care less about what happened to your company, she doesn't have a working nebulizer, without a nebulizer she could perish"... read more

My oxygen supply was bought out by Heprin. Adapt. I made several calls, my family made several calls to my suppliers to get the tank maintenanced, get me tubes and parts, back up tanks. Could not get any help at all. I had to purchase my tubes and parts on Amazon when my insurance pays for this but it was like the company abandoned me. I was being neglected and the fire department had to help me because I had no working back up tanks when we lost power from the storm. I finally found anotger company to replace my oxygen serv... read more

This company is a joke. They mailed me SIX!! six nose piece parts for my cpap machine that I didn't really need and charged me 35$ each for a piece of plastic. I called them and told them I want to return these, I returned them, but now they are saying it's past a 30 day window and not only do I not have the parts I paid for, they can't refund me. I tried to speak to a supervisor and they disconnected my call. Dont go here. Finally got my issue resolved after spending an hour on the phone speaking to 4 different people. Revi... read more
