Very unprofessional facility. Sat there with everyone on their phone.. I was not acknowledged from 11:32 till 1145, I went up to ask and was told I have to reschedule my 11:40 appointment. Greet people.. get off the Phone and acknowledge patients.the Kirkwood highway office.
Only my 2nd visit here, but I love everything about this place! Everyone is super friendly and helpful and they even replaced the little silicone nose pads that had fallen off my glasses while I waited today. Great practice, people and location.
Alize was so helpful with my ordering of my contacts, ordered from another location so my insurance would cover them. There are not many people who would go above and beyond to help someone else.. She definitely has a heart of gold..
First time coming here and absolutely adored the staff! Especially Alize, loved her energy, her patience and her ability to explain things I didn’t understand all while working with such fast efficiency, wasting no time getting our glasses covered and us out of the door. She was so positive and we look forward to seeing her again!! :)
