PATIENT SAFETY/ WRONG RX GIVEN We brought our child in for a contact lens appointment and were informed upon arrival that the office no longer accepts his insurance something that had not been communicated to us in advance. Although his prescription was expired, the office provided him with a 5-day trial of contact lenses. The trial lens dispensed for his left eye was the wrong prescription. When you go in, you have to go see Alize, she’s the best! She will look out for you, get you the best prices, and be a pleasure to talk to during the whole process. Can’t say enough good things about her!
