The staff are very friendly. The Dr was nice and informative. Lee helped us out the other day with getting my daughters glasses ordered and she made my daughters day. Talking about the band on her hoodie and making little jokes. It made the process so much more pleasant. She also tried to save us money wherever she could which I appreciated.
Best experience ever. Associates were very greet-able and amazing to talk with. I came in just for new glasses and I was in and out
The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, made me feel welcomed and very helpful with questions I had . The person who serviced us , her name is Lee, was very helpful and gave excellent customer service . Because of this experience I will recommend my family and friends to your office!
Appointment took 2 hours. Doctor’s visit took 15 minutes. Office attendants were very unprofessional. Discussing and ordering lunch at main desk.
Very disappointed, I've going here for a long time, I would receive emails and texts giving me a head's up on my yearly appointments, that's no more apparently, I called to find out when my yearly appointment was I was told it was October of 2024, it's now middle of March I have no more contacts and and they won't see me till end of April, last time I was there the place was a circus, they couldn't get the pricing right they tried overcharging I was there for 2 and half hours, with a scheduled appointment ridiculous, place h... read more
