I was a patient for over 5 years and now this institution has decided that it wants to charge their patients for canceling appointments due to personal emergencies . I have waited in their office many times for over an hour and it was not possible for me to charge them for my time. I had hoped they thought their patients were a priority but now I see it's only a financial opportunity for them. What a shame
helper of Bayport is by far one of the best family medical practices I’ve gone to. Jennifer Robinson is one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated medical professional I’ve been to in a long time. She takes the time to listen to you and go over all of your concerns. as far as the staff , Dawn and Frankie are amazing. they are so patient and kind.
Bayport office. Great receptionists, caring staff but poor experience with medicine prescriptions due to not following their exact instruction, even after telling them I would try my best. Main doctor banned me from being prescribed any further medicine that I am currently taking. Would not recommend this practice if you are dealing with any issues aside from typical PCP visit reasons. Again, I feel defeated by the American medical system

I have been seeing Jenn Robinson,PA, at my primary care office,and I can confidently say that she deserves 5 stars. From the moment I walk in she is always welcoming,professional and attentive. She takes the time to listen to my concerns,and thoroughly explains all treatment options. Jenn's knowledge and compassionate approach to care truly stands out. The staff is also exceptional. I would Highly recommend!
