I never write poor reviews so if you're considering booking with Heather, please read this. I contacted her a couple of days before my appointment letting her know I would not be able to make my appointment due to my mother having a medical emergency with her cancer. She was rude and unprofessional about rescheduling. 2 days before my rescheduled appointment i unfortunately had to have a wake and funeral for my mother. Tried to make an appointment for my wife today and was told they are booked for two weeks. Not too sure about that, if they were so busy I doubt they'd be leasing a salon suite. Tldr : don't waste your time
Owner is extremely rude and not willing to make take the time to work with a potential regular customer to find a time that works for both parties. Not only was she willing to consider working something out with me but she was very condescending about. Her last words to me was, “I hope you never call me again”. Don’t worry. I won’t and you shouldn’t either. I wish I had look at her reviews more thoroughly before I called as I am not the only one who feels this way.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I wanted a balayage and my hair looks nothing like the pictures I showed her. Over all I was very disappointed with the final result only to find out I have to pay and additional $40 to what I had already payed for the service before hand.
RUDE OWNER! Doesnt care about paying consumers.
