I had issues with my package and delivery time and postage a review yesterday, they were amazing getting back to me with a phone call first thing this morning instead of a txt and have explained it's been there at the post office so just missing the slip saying it was there. So clearly a Aus post issue. Amazing service
Overcharged, only partially cleaned the filters, application of poor quality ingredients caused staining...your typical pool maintenance company - selling overpriced chemicals and overpriced services.

Rees did my service today. Arrived promptly and provided a complete service including Water balance and a vacuum. I was provided with 'before' and 'after' photos and a written overview of what was done. A job well done. I loved the photos and the report too.
