0/10 customer service. I've been exclusively using this brand for 3 years, but after my recent experience, I'm extremely disappointed. I contacted them about a set of blonde extensions that became dry and brittle, essentially unusable after only 3 months (and my client is experienced with extensions). Instead of helping, the company blamed me and has now stopped communicating with me for over a week. I'll be switching to a different company for my client's new extensions and will no longer support this brand.

Pro only brand that only works with stylists. Doesn't require certification to purchase and does have intro kits that includes samples (needed to sell halos to clients.) Swatch ring is varied enough to cover all the levels and most tones without being too large. Excellent customer service for stylists, quick shipping, entire catalog is in stock and quality is consistent. Highly recommend for any stylist/salon that offers extensions.

Very unsupportive for stylist. They do not sell to the public but make you purchase a kit with stuff you don’t need. They want a 100$ for a swatch sample ring. You can’t match with the poor quality online photos. I am excited to try hidden crown!
