I had an aromatherapy massage with a scalp massage yesterday which was absolutely fabulous! After that I went to the salt room....and oh my word...it’s amazing!!!! I felt so amazing afterwards! Definitely doing that again!
Great classes and salt room
I love everything Halo has to offer, but my favorite is the salt room and sauna. It is just so relaxing and when I start to feel a cold coming on, I go in the salt room and the next day I feel great. The sauna makes me feel so relaxed after a long week of stress!
Did my first session a couple weeks ago in the Himalayan Salt Room and it was amazing. My ears finally popped, itchy patches of skin stopped itching, and nose stopped tingling. Added bonus, came out with silky soft hair.
Everyone there is so warm and nice. They are very welcoming and kind as well. I'll be back very soon.
