I was so nervous for my baby Chelsea but Halo had her spay and all vaccines done with ease ! Every vet I checked wanted ridiculous amounts for just a spay! The price for it all at Halo was the best I seen at any regular vet clinic. Will definitely be back with all Chelsea and my other cats needs.

My beloved dog passed away, and the complete lack of empathy and compassion I experienced from the staff and Hyunmin Kim, was unbelievable. I had an appointment for my dog due to his diabetic condition. Unfortunately, due to family matters, I had to reschedule my appointment for another day. My dog, who suffered from severe illnesses, had a seizure and had to be euthanized at another emergency hospital. I called Halo this afternoon to schedule a visit for my cat who had been vomiting for the past few days. They told me that the next available appointment was Monday which I wanted to schedule because I had heard great things about this vet. The person who answered the phone asked a few additional questions about my cat and advised me not to make an appointment since there was a chance this could turn into an emergency and they did not want me to lose my deposit. Had a horrible experience with them. Brought my dog for a check up with the intention of setting up dental work. She focused on his stomach , took an x ray and told me I had to go to the emergency room NOWWW bc he ate a foreign object! Scared the crap out of me. I rushed to the emergency room, waited 3 hours, only for them to say “this dogs stomach looks like a dog that just ate - nothing wrong with his stomach” .
