I have eczema with really sensitive skin. My skin gets so dry especially in winter time. Halo Oatmeal Milk and Honey lotion is the best I’ve ever found for my skin. I keep a bottle at work, a bottle at home, a bottle in my backpack and it’s great. The lotion stays on my skin without leaving lotiony smudges or handprints on the things I touch.
