Jeremy did an amazing job on cleaning out my gutters, he even found an area that needs to be adjusted to drain correctly. I would highly recommend Halo roofing and Jeremy!
My neighbor’s house burned down a week ago, and my insurance agent suggested calling Halo Roofing for a free roof inspection to make sure there was no debris damage. Jeremy listened to our concerns and showed up between other appointments (on the same day!) for a quick check of our shingles and siding to put our minds at ease. I appreciated his attentiveness and speed of response.
Halo was amazing from start to finish. They made made the process as smooth as possible. Not only did they do a great job with removal and installation on the roof, siding and gutters, they helped walk us through the insurance claim process and made sure we could get everything completed. Although I didn’t end up needing a roof replacement, my experience with Halo Roofing was excellent! Their customer service was truly 5 star…responsive, professional and honest throughout the entire process. It’s refreshing to work with a company that prioritizes integrity over making a sale.
