Parker was very quick to respond, and got my issue handled faster than I ever expected. I was prepared to order the replacement part, but he covered it under warranty
I purchased the Halo 3B griddle as there were no 2B’s in stock. I thought at first it was too big for our family but it’s actually nice to have the extra room and buffer zone for different temps. This grill is extremely well made of heavy duty steel and the first time I used it after seasoning it got way too hot (700f)! The pressure regulator has 2 settings and I was on the higher (11wc) so I lowered it (9.5wc) at the regulator. It was much more manageable. It heats very evenly. My cell phone rang!!!! Wow, how many companies actually call you to help you make a decision with their product? Jorge was absolutely amazing in answering our questions while we made a decision to buy or not to buy!!! Needless to say, we bought. Not just because of Halo’s quality and product but because of the personal attention to the people buying their products. Amazing!!!!
Excellent support. Had a minor issue with the order I placed, which was my fault, and the Halo folks texted me and then called me... The issue was resolved immediately! I wish all companies were this responsive.
I emailed Halo customer service about my Elite 4B. Parker was very quick to respond and such a huge help. They have great support as well as top tier products. 100% recommend.
