Halo products are top notch and their customer service is the best! I highly recommend them.
Customer service is just as good as the grill itself. Will definitely be passing along the great experience and product.

Parker at Halo support was excellent. Handled my issue quickly and effectively. Very happy with the help I received and looking forward to continuing to use my Halo Prime 300
