Never expected such a high-quality product. The 2-level cooking system and 3 levels of heat make all the difference. Never had any experience with these appliances or even cooking pizzas but it is so straight forward any one can make a perfect pizza. Looking forward to my first pizza party.

Shortly after purchasing my Halo Elite 4B griddle, I noticed that the rear caster wheels would not lock properly. The wheels would pop out whenever the griddle was moved or swiveled to change the grease tin. I had not registered the griddle and no longer had the receipt needed to complete the registration, but I contacted Halo anyway. They informed me that the wheels were not currently available as replacement parts for purchase; however, they generously offered to send me replacement wheels at no charge.
