I bought a griddle from Halo Products Group and absolutely loved it—until I noticed a bit of rust forming. I reached out to them, and without hesitation, they replaced my entire griddle. That kind of customer service is rare these days. The new unit is flawless, and knowing they stand behind their products like this has earned my loyalty. I’ll be buying from them forever. If you're on the fence, don’t be—Halo is the real deal.
Make buying a little easier. I did not purchase a Halo 4B elite griddle. No one answers the phone at Halo Products, your dealer locator is not accurate at all. I called several dealers who do not carry your products any more. I would have driven up to 2 hours to see one and buy it on the spot. The one vendor i reached (Cabela's) had no interest in tracking one down, only ordering from manufacturer and shipping it. BEWARE-I'm having the same bad experience as other reviewers have commented. I placed the order a week ago and have had zero information regarding the shipment. Multiple tickets submitted on their website, multiple calls to "customer service" where you are on hold for 20 minutes before the call goes to voicemail. No response to any of those. Ordered one of their versa 16 ovens, haven't received it yet, nor have I received any shipping or tracking info, yet my order shows complete on their website. Have called and left voicemails, messaged them on facebook, emailed multiple times to multiple different emails, and submitted a support ticket, which they say is the best way to get ahold of them, all to no avail.
